Please unstabilize or mask media-video/transcode-1.0.3 and
media-video/transcode-1.0.2-r3 (currently marked stable for most archs) because
they are broken regardless of bug 182605:
https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=182605 being marked "fixed".

This might require 1.0.4 to be marked stable. As you see fit...

We are not unstabilizing/masking anything because it plain doesn't make any
sense.
