If a person doesn't supply use flag for qt3 for pinentry especially in cases where it is not listed in global use flag, they cannot be served the change passphrase dialog box nor can they decrypt an encrypted text though the editor. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge kgpg 2.USE="-qt3" emerge -1 pinentry 3.run kgpg (make sure u make a key pair) 4.right click keypair, it will bring up a menu 5.click "Edit Key..." 6.click "Change Passphrase..." no dialog... You can achieve the desired effect also with "gtk" USE flag, so KGPG should require pinentry with either USE="qt3" or USE="gtk".
