Xbox BIOS and boot loader.

Version 2.40-r2:
  Fixed a bug that stopped Gentoo xbox install CDs booting.

Version 2.40-r3:
  I've added patches from the xbox-linux.org cvs for gcc-4.1.1 compile support.
 This fixes bug 151035.

This is the updated patch file from xbox-linux CVS.

This patch contains all of the original changes from the 2.40-r2 patch and the
specific changes required for >=gcc-4.1.1 compilation.
