Added to CVS, thanks for reporting.

I'll leave this bug opened until the final -doc tarball for 0.9.3 is released
so that we don't forget to update it. The beta tarball containing the docs for
0.9.3 doesn't include handbooks for non-english languagess, so we'll stay with
the old tarball until then.

Final doc tarball has been released, still no non-english languages. I think we
should stick to the old tarball with multiple languages.

Can we get this version back to the portage?
I didn't get it why it has been clean up:
