Description:   Opened: 2007-12-23 21:37 0000
Switching from dated tarballs to versioned ones has introduced the problem that
seaview-20041220 appears newer than seaview-2.2. The easiest workaround that I
can see is to stabilize seaview-2.2 and then I can delete the old ebuild.
All you need to do to test it is to download http://je-fro.net/GAPDH.fasta.txt
and open it with seaview. You can perform an alignment with clustalw or muscle
and edit the sequences.

Thanks,
je_fro
