Hi,

numpy-1.0.4 has been in the tree for a little over a month.  If there are no
outstanding  bugs, please consider stabling it, as it doesn't have a hard
dependency on fortran, unlike its predecessor.  Bug #210733 is the  example of
a program which could use numpy but has no use for this fortran business.
