vapier says go ahead ppc64: there's bug 202263, but it fails anyway on 5.9 which is stable, so i think you can go ahead as well

@armin76, if you are up to looking at this, I can get you onto a box where you can test. As for keywording, it would be nice to fix these tests as it seems we keep hitting these test failures time after time. whatcha think?
