Why is there no entry in use.local.desc or in use.desc for how gettext-0.17 uses the "openmp" flag? All of a sudden it's enabled (as shown in emerge -puDN world), but there's no documentation to suggest what it is nor why I should want it. Nothing in the ebuild either, that I could see.

Please update use.local.desc, thanks!
