Hello,

It is about time to have gnupg-2.X stable in tree.

People will be forced to unmerge gnupg-1.9 series as the new gnupg-2.X series
blocks this slot.
Later on, I will revbump this slot in order to notify remainting users that
merged this slot explicitly.

GnuPG-2.X series is much easier to maintain, and better supported by upstream.
It has been available in tree for long time, no known opened regressions,
except of bug#184484 which involves right timezone issue.
