The file gtk-extrafuncs.defs isn't installed, but included by 
/usr/share/pygtk/2.0/defs/gtk-base.defs

Upstream bug report: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380020

It's fixed in upstream trunk, propsed patch can be found there too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge pygtk
Actual Results:  
gtk-extrafuncs.defs isn't installed

Expected Results:  
gtk-extrafuncs.defs should get installed
