source subdirectory in archive is linuxdcpp, but not linuxdcpp-20071210. Thus 
something like S="${WORKDIR}/${PN}" is required

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =net-p2p/linuxdcpp-20071210
Actual Results:  
scons: *** No SConstruct file found.

Expected Results:  
compiles sucsessfully
