Bugzilla Bug 201273

I tried to rip a cd to mp3 with abcde 2.3.99.7_p235 and replaygain enabled and
got an error saying that no mp3gain is in my path (which is true, since abcde
didn't have it as dependecy).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install abcde with id3,lame and replaygain useflags enabled and without
mp3gain installed on your system
2. in /etc/abcde.conf set OUTPUTTYPE=mp3 and
ACTIONS=cddb,read,encode,tag,replaygain,move,clean
3. rip a cd using abcde

Actual Results:  
I got this error:
which: no mp3gain in

Expected Results:  
A mp3 ripped off a cd.

Created an attachment (id=138232) [details]
media-sound/abcde-2.3.99.7_p235 with fixed  mp3gain dependency

I've added a proposed ebuild with the corrected dependency.
