When upgrading app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-20071114-r1
/usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp is overwritten by it.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sync your porage
2. emerge -u world
3. portageq owners / /usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp

Actual Results:  
output of portageq:
app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-20071114-r1
        /usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp
kde-base/arts-3.5.5
        /usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp


Expected Results:  
output of portageq:
kde-base/arts-3.5.5
        /usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp


I do not know where artsdsp from emul-linux-x86-soundlibs should go.

In previous version, app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-10.0-r1,
the file was named /usr/kde/3.5/bin/artsdsp32 so it is not a problem of where
the file should go. Instead, it should probably just be renamed.

I'm not a developer, just a user with the same problem.

Same problem here, valid too for the (masked)
app-emulation/emul-linux-x86-soundlibs-20071114-r2.

Although I do not use KDE environment (but k3b) and arts but there must be some
problem there for a remerge may be needed...

I can't do anything without the output of "emerge --info"

As I have the same problem, i put my emerge --info here (why close the bug so
fast ?)

I think that emerge --info is not needed in this case! It is strict problem
