Reproducible: Always

amd64 stable

The stabilization of =sys-libs/{ss,com_err}-1.40.2 requires the stabilization
of e2fsprogs-1.40.2 due to direct one to one version dependency with
sys-libs/{ss,com_err}.

The result is an emerge blockage.

sys-fs/e2fsprogs-1.39-r2 (~sys-libs/com_err-1.39)
sys-libs/ss-1.39 (~sys-libs/com_err-1.39)

This result occurs with stable amd64 desktop profile.

The 'make -C lib/ss check' in the ss ebuild doesn't actually do a thing. :)

Stable for HPPA.
