app-text/dvipng-1.9 stable for amd64

anyone from emacs herd, with amd64 hw is free to do these emacs-amd64 bugs.

 ulm's and my amd64 hardware is not X enabled...and for USE=preview-latex you should really use an X system.  We have an excellent test plan, so please handle it. :)
