Package compiles, but does not install because of missing file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.comment the line 'epatch "${FILESDIR}"/NVIDIA_i2c-hwmon.patch' from ebuild (other bug)
2. emerge -av nvidia-drivers
3.

Actual Results:  
* ERROR: x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-100.14.23 failed.
