Package compiles, but does not install because of missing file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.comment the line 'epatch "${FILESDIR}"/NVIDIA_i2c-hwmon.patch' from ebuild
(other bug)
2. emerge -av nvidia-drivers
3.

Actual Results:
