Bugzilla Bug 199440

Blender 2.45, with ffmpeg flag requires at least ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20070616. That
particular version of ffmpeg does not provide swscale lib, version
ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20070616-r1 does - so it should be set as minimal dependency.
