bumped.

I had to drop ~ppc,~ppc64 and ~sparc due to the dependency on
media-libs/vamp-plugin-sdk

you might also want to keyword:
 media-plugins/vamp-aubio-plugins
 media-plugins/vamp-libxtract-plugins
to get more vamp plugins.

Vamp plugins should appear automagically in the 'Analyze' menu (audacity
detects them at runtime) and you should be able to analyze your sound ;)
