After successfully sending out a message kopete changes the rolling kopete icon (an MNG) in the toolbar to a static one without pausing it, so the animation continues in the background wasting precious CPU cycles

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start a chat
2.Watch powertop's output
3.

Actual Results:  
Kopete wakes up from idle some 20 times a second

Expected Results:  
Kopete should pause its icon and stop waking up so many times
