Bugzilla Bug 198661

After upgrading from cups-1.2.12-r2 to cups-1.3.4-r1 the init file
/etc/init.d/cupsd has gone (i.e. version 1.3.4-r1 didn't install a new one)

ChangeLog

my change *fixes* the src_install

Revbumped to net-print/cups-1.3.4-r2 to fix the remaining broken installations
out there, thanks again for the fix vapier and sorry everyone for the problems.
