I have no idea what are you doing wrong wrt CLI, if you feel like
investigating, then drop in #gentoo-php. Anyway, the tests won't produce
anything useful whatsover, just restrict them. 'make test' is not a useful way
of testing PHP extensions ATM (and you'll get the same with any pecl stuff out
there).
