Hi, following on from bug #197940, ${FILESDIR}/named.ca should be replaced by:

wget -O named.ca ftp://rs.internic.net/domain/named.cache

The only change (apart from datestamp) is the new IP address for the L root
server. Its old IP address will still work for 6 months.

fyi:
        BIND 9.3.5, BIND 9.4.2 (9.4.2rc2) and BIND 9.5.0 (9.5.0a7) will
        have their built-in root hints updated to reflect this change.

We are have way towards the old address being retired. Any chance of an update?
