sys-kernel/kccmp links to libboost_regex and therefore must DEPEND on
dev-libs/boost

Well, no, it only needs boost w/ USE=qt4 but the kccmp.pro is faulty and needs
a sed magic to comment out/delete the LIBS += -lboost_regex line when using
qt3.
