Hey, we're finally getting closer to this.

All packages that used to depend on || (xkbdata xkeyboard-config) have been
changed to depend on xkeyboard-config directly.

So in 30 days, we can remove the last xkbdata blockers inside
xkeyboard-config's ebuilds and drop xkbdata for real.

Yay!
