It could give the Gentoo-PPC users an additional option (alongside Azureus) for
a good bit-torrent client. (I had been using "deluge" for a couple of months
now with a '**' in 'package.keywords'. It works pretty fine for me.)

Reproducible: Always

net-p2p/deluge-0.5.6.2 is TESTED on ~ppc

- Emerges cleanly with USE="libnotify"
- No collisions
- Works (has worked for several months for me)
