When trying to install dev-libs/elfutils-0.123 on my AMD64 system I'm getting a
test failure:

PASS: run-ecp-test2.sh
PASS: run-elflint-test.sh
section [28] '.symtab': symbol 55: st_value out of bounds
section [28] '.symtab': symbol 56: st_value out of bounds
FAIL: run-elflint-self.sh
PASS: run-ranlib-test.sh

for the record all tests passed with 0.127 and all other arches already had it.
