At least on my system, scilab fails to compile because /usr/lib/libcblas.so is
missing.

libcblas is NOT part of the virtual/blas dependency! Please add virtual/cblas
as an dependency :)

Reproducible: Always

Thanks for the note! I've just added virtual/cblas to all
scilab ebuilds.
