@moz team, zip build dep was added back in 2003. In building an embedded system, trying to trim things down as much as possible, and the binary doesn't seem dependent any more. I looked in the ebuild and package, and I can't see anything that would need zip binaries. I'm assuming it was an old dependency that is now since gone.
