Bugzilla Bug 195882

After updating x11-base/xorg-x11 to 7.3 and x11-base/xorg-server to 1.4-r2 the
PopUp windows of app-dicts/stardict-2.4.8, which open when a word is marked,
jump away and close automatically when I try to move the mouse over them. The
usual behaviour is that they keep on their place and give some additional
functionality, e.g. scrolling through the search results, show a toolbar etc.

Reemerging stardict doesn't help.
