Please add the amsn cvs snapshot.. it should only be a matter of renaming the
0.71 file in the right way.

Only wait a few days as 0.80 is going to be released as soon as possible.

0.80 is here.. developers says not to use make install..
there is a gnome2/kde3 systray icon in plugins/traydock.. it must be compiled separately

Ebuild for amsn 0.80

This version is odd, it has no make files or anything so the files seemingly
are right for straight usage. This ebuild also installs the icons for KDE and
Gnome set by the USE flags for both KDE and Gnome respectively.

Shouldn't  Bart Verwilst <[e-mail]> be handling this?

There was a forum thread about this earlier.

I find the lack of Makefile disturbing.

Also, the ebuild should  make sure the permissions on the /usr/share/amsn  files are correct, i.e. belonging to root:root instead of portage:portage

This ebuild doesnt build the icon tray plugin. If verwilst/kde dont want to handle it, I'll do it.

It's my first ebuild, i hope it is correct.

I put the freedesktop tray icon in /usr/lib/amsn because it's a binary/not
shareable between machines, but i link it to the original place due to amsn
requierement.

i take some ideas/copy for the 0.71 ebuild and the Andrew Bevitt ebuild.
