1. Emerges on SPARC.
2. No collisions.
3. No test phase.
4. Works.
4.1. init script tested.
4.2. no rdeps to test with. 

Since it's already stable on other arches I'm not assigning/CC'ing the
maintainer but I'm CC'ing possible interested arches. Hope that's fine.
