There is a new beta client of foldingathome: 6.00 beta1 (http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html). I'd create a new ebuild myself but I'm afraid I'm not that familiar with writing ebuilds, I'm sorry. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Created an attachment (id=132370) [edit] foldingathome-6.00_beta1 proposed ebuild
Created an attachment (id=132372) [edit] proposed /etc/init.d/foldingathome file
Created an attachment (id=132373) [edit] proposed /etc/config/foldingathome file
Created an attachment (id=132375) [edit] proposed /opt/foldingathome/amd64-smp/initfolding file
I just uploaded a proposed ebuild (working), including 3 config files to be put in files/6.00_beta1. I can confirm this ebuild works for me. The proposed ebuild has the wrong SRC_URI in it. The correct one is http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/release/FAH6.00beta1-Linux.tgz
