It searches in /etc/bashburnrc, but the file's is located at
/etc/bashburn/bashburnrc.

Confirming this for app-cdr/bashburn-2.1.1.

Workaround:
# ln -s /etc/bashburn/bashburnrc /etc/bashburnrc

I don't see a reason why there needs to be an /etc/bashburn _directory_, the
config is just one file and should thus live directly in /etc.
