Hello archs,

Before gnupg-2 goes stable, please mark its friends, as stabilizing gnupg-2
involves in slot move.

=dev-libs/libassuan-1.0.2-r1
=dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.2.4
=dev-libs/libksba-1.0.2
=app-crypt/pinentry-0.7.3

All work with current stable gnupg-1.9.X.

Thanks!

Perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but as far as I can see, the change from
libassuan-1.0.2 to libassuan-1.0.2-r1 is to add '-fpic -fPIC' to the CFLAGS; it
still builds a static library. I don't see what is going on here; is that the
version you want stable?

Yes.
The PIC was required for in order to solve QA issue with linked within PIC
shared libraries.
Thanks!

------- Comment #3 From Ferris McCormick 2007-09-28 19:18:03 0000 -------
Sparc stable. The libraries all have tests which run successfully. pinentry
has no tests nor a man page. It does have a manual, however, and the little
example of supported commands in the manual, Chapter 2 seems to do what the
manual says it should do. So, I'll mark sparc stable, even though I do not
know how to use pinentry "in the wild" so to speak.
