Bugzilla Bug 193852

When trying to emerge kde-misc/kgtk-0.8 the emerge fails during ./configure
with the following output: 

configure: creating ./config.status
wrong input (flag != 4) at admin/conf.change.pl line 117, <> line 1245.
config.status: creating Makefile
config.status: WARNING:  Makefile.in seems to ignore the --datarootdir setting
config.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile.rules.in


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

Created an attachment (id=131928) [edit]
emerge log

strange. It works for me .. can you attach me the emerge output log instead of
the configure log please?

Certainly, the ebuild told me to post my config.log, that's why I chose that
one, I will attach the build.log. This time when I emerged I noticed some more
error messages:
