Please add ~amd64 to KEYWORDS for the stunnel 3.x ebuild.

I have some uses (on-the-fly tunnel setups and teardowns) for which stunnel4's
config-file requirement is very cumbersome; stunnel 3.x is much more
convenient.  I've been adding ~amd64 to KEYWORDS for stunnel3 locally for some
time w/no problems.

Adding ppc-macos so they can reconsider their keyword.

ppc-macos made a jump to the latest version and moved to prefix.
