fetchmail has a problem when there are two return path lines in the mail headers 
which cause it to use a wrong MAIL FROM in the smtp transaction which causes 
the mail to stay on the server which ultimately leads to error messages every 5 
minutes (my polling interval :)) 
 
I've attached a patch I got from the fetchmail-friends mailinglist which should fix 
the problem. Please include it into the fetchmail-6.2.2 ebuild until this is fixed in a 
new fetchmail release.

This is the proposed change to the ebuild so that the patch can be applied to
the fetchmail-6.2.2-r2.ebuild
