How do you test this?  I neither have nor can find any .rar archives.  Home
page seems to suggest it should handle .zip archives, but so far as I can tell,
it won't.

you could create your own using `rar` ... unfortunately, all my .rar's arent
legal to post here ;)

Stable for HPPA.

Sparc stable, verified with a little .rar archive created on amd64.

ppc stable

1. Emerges on AMD64.
2. No collisions.
3. No test phase.
4. Works - also tested with the rdeps: app-arch/guitar and media-gfx/comix.
