The source URI for net-misc/keychain hosted at http://dev.gentoo.org/~agriffis/keychain/ isn't available anymore and results in 404. The official documentation at http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/keychain/ also refers to this URI.

Set yourself GENTOO_MIRRORS in make.conf like everyone else and you won't have any issues with SRC_URI. ;)
