Looks like when the ebuild was changed for bug #182056, but the Emacs site-init
file (posted there as attachment #123025 [details]) is missing.

This should go to files/50epix-gentoo.el.

Sorry, my bad! I indeed forgot to commit the site-file. This should
be fixed now and sorry for the inconvenience.
