Arch teams, please mark mono-tools-1.2.4 stable, we need this to complete the
stabilization of 1.2.4 mono packages

dev-util/mono-tools-1.2.4 is STABLE on ppc:

- Emerges cleanly with USE="gtkhtml seamonkey"
- No collisions
- The installed binaries work
