sci-biology/paml-4 was released.

I've just added paml4a to portage cvs.

I've made sure to copy all the control and data files
but currently the user will have to manually copy all 
required files into ./ to be able to properly use some 
of the binaries which seems inconvenient. Should we
patch to sources and hardcode the proper paths?
