solution: stop using `arch`

But line 71 of /usr/portage/thinkpad/mail-mta/sendmail/sendmail-8.14.1.ebuild
want to have arch. What can I do as a user?

/bin/arch is present in util-linux-2.12r-r7, but no longer in
util-linux-2.13-r1.  Had to temporarily mask util-linux to below 2.13 to get
sendmail to build.

Fixed in all ebuilds, without doing any version bumps since this doesn't affect
already installed versions and it only concerns unstable.
