I think it's time to stabilize dev-libs/libical-0.26.7. But I'm not maintainer
of the package, so actual adding archs (alpha amd64 hppa ia64 ppc ppc64 sparc
x86) I'll leave for him.

Michele, if you agree that this package is stable (more stable than the
previous 0.26.6), please, add arches.

BTW. This version has at least one important change:
updates timezone data to tzdata 2007b (to support the 2007 US DST changes).
