sysstat-5* was last keyworded for mips in 2005. I don't know why keywords were dropped for versions 6 and 7, but here we are.

I would like to remove the remaining version 5 ebuild and move on, so please consider keywording version 7.0* and/or 7.1*. Please note that 7.1* is considered the development branch and shouldn't be stabilised just yet.

If you cannot keyword either 7.0* or 7.1* I would like to know about it as well.

Both 5 and 7 are going out (sooner or later), so please keyword app-admin/sysstat-8.0.0.

I have removed the last mips-keyworded version from the tree.
