I have a set of 2 symlinks in multiple locations. link a points to link b, and link b points to link a. when i open a directory containing this nautilus crashes instantly. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ln -s /tmp/a /tmp/b
2.ln -s /tmp/b /tmp/a
3.nautilus /tmp

Actual Results:  
instant crash

Expected Results:  
Display directory

emerge --search nautilus

I suggest you open a bug in Gnome's Bugzilla at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/, put the same information there and add "gnome@gentoo.org" as CC.

Upstream nautilus devs will know how to fix this better than us.

(in upstream bug) according to Ford_Prefect it still occurs on 2.22 but his backtrace is incomplete. If someone can reproduce, please contribute the upstream bug.

I don't see this any longer on a fresh install. Just see 2 invalid symlinks now.
