The homepage and download URLs in the ebuild are no longer valid, they should
be 

HOMEPAGE="http://www.gpsdrive.de/"
SRC_URI="${HOMEPAGE}/gpsdrive.tar/${P}.tar.gz"

Also, the postinst elog test refers to ${ROOT}usr/share/doc/${PF}/README.SQL.gz
but this is no longer correct with the latest portage, where it depends on
$PORTAGE_COMPRESS
