Bugzilla Bug 189031

Emacs support was split off from sys-devel/gettext into a separate package
app-emacs/po-mode, see bug #164494. Both ebuilds are in the tree since more
than one month, so it is time to mark them stable.

 Then I have prepared a test case for you on

else, of course.
