Bugzilla Bug 189029

Emacs support was split off from sys-devel/autoconf into a separate package
app-emacs/autoconf-mode, see bug #184196. Both ebuilds are in the tree since
more than one month, so it is time to mark them stable.

Hm, yes, C-@ might be difficult to generate on some keyboards. Try C-SPC
(control-spacebar) instead; both keys are bound to set-mark-command.

set-mark-command seemed to be ok (mark set, or something to that effect was
shown) but the "C-c ;" did not do anything (";" is Shift "," here if that
matters), but if I marked a section and did M-x comment-region the section got
commented (with "dnl "). No config loaded except site-gentoo.el manually after
start.
