Ebuild in gentoo-china overlay already applied the changed related to
libestools.so

Two questions though, is it necessary to comment out that "-fno-shared-data"
line? And is this patch ${FILESDIR}/${P}-gcc41-amd64-int-pointer.patch still
needed?
